Hello and welcome to JobNexo’s Terms of Service!
JobNexo connects employees and employers through an AI-assisted matching engine that compares candidate profiles with job requirements. During our early phase, the site’s contact form is for registering interest and receiving launch updates. Messaging and notifications may be sent via WhatsApp (employees) and WhatsApp and/or SMS (employers).
1) Acceptance of this Agreement
By submitting the form, interacting with our WhatsApp bot, or otherwise using JobNexo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that company.
3) Permitted use
Use JobNexo only for lawful hiring or job-seeking. You won’t (i) provide false data or another person’s data without authorization; (ii) probe or disrupt our systems; (iii) harvest or misuse others’ information; or (iv) use the service for unrelated purposes.
4) Messaging consent (WhatsApp/SMS)
With your express consent, we may send informational messages about: potential matches, platform updates/features, launch notices, and profile reminders.
Frequency cap: up to 10 messages/month.
Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help; or email jobnexo@gmail.com. Carrier rates may apply. Consent isn’t required to use the website.
5) No employment guarantee
JobNexo does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hires. All hiring decisions are made by users
6) Your content & limited license
You own the content you submit (profiles, postings). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, and transmit it solely to operate and improve JobNexo (including matching and notifications).
7) Intellectual property
All trademarks, software, and site content are owned by JobNexo or its licensors. No rights are granted except as stated here.
8) Availability and change
The service may be unavailable (maintenance, outages, force majeure). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9) Disclaimers; limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED). WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT (IF ANY) YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT (CURRENTLY, NO FEES).
9) Disclaimers; limitation of liability
We may rely on providers (e.g., WhatsApp Business/Twilio, hosting, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
11) Governing law and venue (Florida)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts in Boca Raton, Florida, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
